Mailing Services
We can print, address, and mail your piece directly to your customer! For about the same cost as "doing it yourself" we can save precious labor hours and get your message out quickly and efficiently! For a low set-up fee, we:
- Print the mailing piece.
- Sort your list or provide you with one.
- Inkjet the addresses onto the piece.
- Take the order to the post office to be mailed out.
You may never have to touch another label or stamp again! And, because we can mail your item in bulk, you save money on the postage. The average oversized piece mail out for $.26-$.28 instead of a $.44 stamp!
TO ORDER MAILING SERVICES:
STEP 1. Order your product, just as you would if it were being shipped to you, with all folding options chosen, if applicable.
STEP 2. Upload your design files and mailing list when prompted in the Shopping Cart.
STEP 3. On the Order Review page, choose Mailing Service as your shipping option.
STEP 4. We will contact you upon receipt of the order to confirm set-up fees and postage due and bill you accordingly. You will be charged for the set-up fee and processing, along with the estimated postage for the job. Once the order is processed at the post office, we will refund you for any overpaid postage, or bill as necessary.
Mailing services are available for quantities of 1000 or more on items such as postcards, brochures, newsletters, booklets, catalogs and self mailing (tent) cards. Tab closure is included for those items that need it.

Postcards:
Mailing for postcards up to 4.25"x6" are available for 1st CLASS postage rates only. Postage cost for this size is approximately $.22 each.
Sizes over 4.25"x6" are available for STANDARD, 1st CLASS and NON-PROFIT rates.
Scored and folded postcards are mailed under the Self-Mailer category and must have a tabbed closure.
Self-Mailers:
Self Mailers are folded postcards, brochures, newsletters or flyers. They are required, by the US Postal Service, to have at least one-tab closure, which we provide in this mailing category as part of the set-up & processing fee.
Booklets & Catalogs :
Booklets and Catalogs come in a wide range of sizes and page numbers, along with cover options. This directly affects the postage rate for these items. Pease call for estimated postage on your order.
Other Mail Services :
